These are the terms most agencies bury. They are the first thing a partner should check, so they’re at the top instead.

- Hourly billing, which charges you more when we’re slower
- A charge for the audit — it’s free whether or not you hire us
What we will and won’t promise.
- We don’t promise a number of calls or customers.
- Anyone who does is guessing at your market. What we commit to is the work itself, done every month, and a report showing what actually came in — so you can judge it against the invoice yourself.
- Some of it depends on things we don’t control.
- Review requests need a Google Business Profile that’s claimed and verified. Text-message features need approval from the phone carriers under your own business name, which takes time and isn’t ours to grant. We set those up as part of onboarding and tell you where they stand.
- It compounds — it doesn’t spike.
- Listings, reviews and local ranking move over months, not days. One month is a test; a year is a result. If you need something to happen this week, say so during the audit and we’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right spend.
- We’ll tell you if it isn’t worth it.
- If the audit doesn't turn up enough to justify the work, we'll tell you that plainly — and we'll say so before you've spent anything. We would rather lose the deal than sell you something that doesn't pay for itself.
