More five-star reviews — and you hear about the unhappy one first.
We ask every happy customer at the right moment, so your rating finally matches your work.
Your happiest customers say nothing. Your one unhappy one writes a paragraph.
The customer who had a great experience drives off and never thinks about you again. The one who had a bad hour writes 400 words at midnight. That's why so many genuinely good shops have a rating that doesn't match the work — and why the star average so often reflects one bad day, not a hundred good ones.
A steady stream of reviews from the majority who were happy — because we ask them at the right moment, in one tap, before they've driven away and forgotten. And when someone isn't happy, you hear about it first, while an apology and a fix can still turn it around instead of it landing in public.
The actual method, not a black box.
You should understand what you're buying well enough to tell whether it's being done right — including by someone other than us.
We ask at the right moment
A review request sent three weeks later gets ignored. Sent right after a good job, while they're still happy, it gets answered. Timing is most of the game.
We make it one tap
Straight to your Google review page. Every extra step cuts the number of people who follow through roughly in half.
We catch the unhappy one first
We watch for a bad experience so it reaches you before it reaches your next customer — while you can still make it right.
We help you reply like a person
Drafted replies that sound like an owner who cares, not a form letter. A well-handled one-star review can sell better than a five-star one.
Exactly what lands in your hands.
Every item below is part of your monthly plan. If something you need isn't on this list, say so during the audit and we'll tell you which plan covers it — before you commit, not after.
- Automatic review requests, timed to the moment the job's done — email on day one
- Text-message review requests, switched on once your carrier registration clears
- One-tap path straight to your Google review page
- An early heads-up when someone's unhappy, so you can fix it first
- Drafted, human-sounding replies you can send in a click
- A monthly report on your rating and how many reviews came in
Shops whose star rating doesn't come close to the quality of their work.
Here's what this looks like in the industries where this problem shows up most.
Asks every happy customer at the right moment, so your rating finally matches your work.
For home & autoAsks every satisfied patient at the right moment, and warns you about an unhappy one while you can still fix it.
For dental & healthTurns your happy regulars into the steady stream of reviews new clients actually read.
For salons & beautyThe hard ones about more google reviews.
If you've got a question that isn't here, ask it. We'd rather answer it now than have it kill the project later.
Can you hide my bad reviews before they post?
No — and walk away from anyone who offers to. Filtering reviews breaks Google's rules and, since 2024, the FTC's fake-review rule carries real penalties. What we do is legal and works better anyway: ask everyone, catch problems early, and fix what caused the complaint.
Will you write reviews for me?
Never. Fake reviews are illegal, they're detectable, and getting caught costs far more than a middling rating ever did. Every review we help you get is from a real customer who was really in your shop.
How many more reviews will I actually get?
It depends on how many customers you see and how good the experience is, so we won't quote a number we can't stand behind. What's certain is the gap between shops that ask every time and shops that never ask — and most shops never ask at all.
