Everything published here — including pricing, timelines, and descriptions of what a service involves — is offered in good faith and kept accurate, but it describes typical work rather than a binding quote for your specific situation. What we actually commit to for you appears in your audit and your engagement agreement.

The free audit

The Free Google & Website Auditis free and yours to keep, whether or not you hire us. We don’t invoice for it, and there is no obligation attached to accepting it.

It is a professional opinion based on what we can observe and what you tell us — not a guarantee of a particular result. Where we put dollar figures on an opportunity, those are estimates with the reasoning shown so you can judge them yourself. If the audit doesn’t turn up enough value to justify the work, we say so.

Engagements

Paid work runs under a written agreement covering scope, price, and timeline. Retainers are month-to-month unless we agree otherwise in writing — there is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty.

You own the code and the content we produce for you. We’ll hand it over, and we won’t hold a deliverable hostage to keep you on a retainer. We may reuse general techniques and non-client -specific components in other work; we will not reuse your data, your content, or anything identifying your business.

What we don’t promise

We don’t guarantee search rankings, that any AI system will recommend you, or a specific revenue outcome — nobody can, and a vendor who does is telling you something they cannot know.

Where our work depends on a third party — a platform’s API, a provider’s approval process, a carrier’s review — we are bound by their timelines and decisions. We’ll tell you upfront when a deliverable has that kind of dependency.

Liability

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
